1 1/2 Cups Mozzarella (Low moisture, part skim)
3/4 Cup Almond Flour
2 oz. Cream Cheese Softened
1 Egg (Room Temp)
1 Teaspoon Oregano
Tomato Sauce
Pepperoni
Mozzarella Cheese
Preheat Oven(Bake) 425 Degrees
1. Combine Mozzarella, Almond Flour, Cream cheese in a microwaveable bowl. Microwave for 45 seconds, stir, then microwave for another 45 seconds. 90 Seconds total
2. Whisk the egg mixture.
3. Combine the melted ingredients, then fold in or knead in the egg mixture.
4. Using oiled hands, knead the full mixture into a ball for 2 minutes
5. Spread dough onto a baking sheet, cover with another baking sheet then roll out the dough into either a circle or square(your choice)
6. Bake the dough for 7-10 mins until crust is golden brown
7. Take out pizza crust, and put on tomato sauce
8. Put some mozzarella cheese over the crust then add the pepperoni slices, then layer with more mozzarella cheese
9. Place back into the oven and cook for another 4-5 mins, until cheese is completely melted
